In June 2023, we published our policy statement setting out our new authorised push payment (APP) fraud reimbursement requirement.
Following this, we ran two webinars on 20 and 22 June hosted by our Head of Policy, Kate Fitzgerald, providing the opportunity for stakeholders to discuss our requirement and ask any questions.
