We have approved 15 applications for exemptions under the terms of Specific Direction 10 (Confirmation of Payee) and have issued revised deadlines as appropriate. We refused one application. The notices published here include the decision and reasoning, with some information being redacted due to commercial confidentiality and to mitigate the risk of fraud.
