We won’t be able to deal with your request until you provide a valid form of ID. This must be a copy of your passport, driving licence, birth certificate or similar document that confirms your identity. Please let us know how you will send us your proof of ID. We will be in touch to organise submission of proof of ID. This must be a copy of your passport, driving licence, birth certificate or similar document that confirms your identity and has to be in one of the following formats PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF.
