This document sets out the figures we will use to calculate the regulatory fees for each PSR fee payer in 2023/24. We publish a similar document each year to provide the updated figures.
You can find more about the way we will collect and allocate PSR fees in Chapter 4 of our policy statement PS18/12. This year we’ve introduced a minimum threshold of £100 for fee payers. Any firm whose fees would be less than £100 does not have to pay a fee, and is excluded from these figures. There’s more detail about the threshold in our policy statement PSR 23/2.
You can use our fee calculator if you want to work out what your annual invoice will be, but please note the actual amount will differ slightly as the figures do not include transactions for PSPs that fall below the minimum fee threshold of £100.
