Better Outcomes for Users

Shortly after the Forum's first meeting it had an Away Day on 13 November 2015. The Forum devoted a large part of the day focussing on where detriments to users exist in the payments value chain.

Building on output from the Payments Community event held on 17 September 2015, Forum members identified potential detriments that are present in the payment systems value chain and that might impact service users.

Each detriment was allocated to the most appropriate Working Group, that will group, prioritise and assess them as part of their work and provide the output of their analysis to the Forum.
