Kate Fitzgerald appointed Interim Head of Policy of the PSR

Genevieve Marjoribanks will be stepping down as Head of Policy of the PSR after two and a half years to pursue a new opportunity. Genevieve’s last day at the PSR will be 31 August 2022. We are currently recruiting a replacement for Genevieve, but during the transition period and in the interim, Kate Fitzgerald, a Senior Advisor for the PSR, is stepping in to fill the role.

Kate Fitzgerald said, “I’m very pleased to step in as Interim Head of Policy of the PSR while recruitment is underway for a permanent replacement. It’s great to be leading the team as we build on the important work the PSR’s doing, including fighting to tackle payment fraud and supporting the growth of new ways to pay.”

Once we have successfully found a permanent replacement for Genevieve, we will provide further information.
