The PSR is holding an in-person event on the 24th April to discuss our ambition to unlock the full potential of open banking payments, with expanding variable recurring payments (VRPs) a key first step. The event is taking place in Stratford, London at 4pm – you would be very welcome to attend.
The event will focus on our key priorities for expanding VRPs in 2024 and will include:
- A keynote speech from the PSR’s Managing Director on the benefits the expansion of VRPs could deliver for consumers and businesses in the UK, and how this aligns with our overall strategy
- A panel discussion with Kate Fitzgerald, PSR's Head of Policy, and Jane Moore, FCA's Head of Payments and Digital Assets, on what’s needed to unlock the potential of VRP
- An opportunity to discuss the emerging themes from the responses to the consultation with PSR staff during a Q&A
Please register your attendance using the form on this page by 20th April.
Attendance is free, and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. This is an in-person event, and it will not be possible to join electronically. We will send an email to you with further details in the lead up to the event.
